SAA AT Roundtable Revises Name, Mission and Goals:
Dear AT/Archon and ArchivesSpace colleagues:
I just received the good news that the AT Roundtable's proposal to the SAA Council to revise its mission and goals statements, and its name, have been accepted. We are now the AT/Archon Roundtable.
Congratulations! And many thanks to AT Roundtable Steering Committee members and Archon volunteers (Kat Stefko, Marissa Hudspeth, Daniel Hartwig, Cory Nimer, Caitlin Nelson and Bridget Lerette) for their careful thought and deliberation in paving our evolving path. Also grateful thanks to our SAA liaison, Tom Hyry, for support in the process.
Please distribute this message widely, and encourage both current AT and Archon users to participate actively in the AT/Archon Roundtable in the coming year. Steering committee elections will be held online this year, with new opportunities for your involvement.
All best,
Genie Guerard
Chair, SAA AT/Archon Roundtable (February 2, 2011)
